Ryan’s new favorite way to grill steaks using his smoker

Prep Time 5 min

Cook Time 20 min (max)

Pellets Hickory

1-inch thick Wagyu Steaks (Ribeye, New York, Denver, Flat Iron, Sirloin)

Seasonings: salt, pepper, rosemary

Canola Oil

  1. When ready to cook, set the smoker temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 min.
  2. While the grill heats up, drizzle oil on steaks and season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper and rosemary. Let sit at room temperature for 15 min.
  3. Insert a probe into the thickest part of a steak. Place the steaks directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, flipping the steaks every 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 132 degrees F, 15-20 min.
  4. Remove the steaks from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
