1-inch thick Wagyu Steaks (Ribeye, New York, Denver, Flat Iron, Sirloin)
Seasonings: salt, pepper, rosemary

- When ready to cook, set the smoker temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 min.
- While the grill heats up, drizzle oil on steaks and season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper and rosemary. Let sit at room temperature for 15 min.
- Insert a probe into the thickest part of a steak. Place the steaks directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, flipping the steaks every 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 132 degrees F, 15-20 min.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
