A bavette steak is cut from the sirloin and is also often referred to as flap meat. This 6oz steak has a ton of great flavor and a little bit of marbling. If you like sirloins, then you'll love this cut!
Cooking tip: This cut makes a great steak for carne asada, fajita meat or just a quick little steak to eat on it's own. We like to recommend using a cast iron pan to prepare it!
