CSA stands for ‘community supported agriculture' and is a program designed to create a mutual agreement of support between ranchers and their community members. Shares are purchased by CSA members at the beginning of the season so that the rancher knows exactly how much to produce for a set number of customers, and in return the customer receives a selection of high-quality Wagyu steaks and beef products that are local and ethically raised.
Buying local is good for you, your community and the environment!
Elevation Beef was born out of a passion for healthy diets and quality beef. We moved to Wellington, CO to establish roots after many years of studying human nutrition, meat science and bovine production. You can find us running around the foothills of NoCo with our three kids: Ryder, Raegan and Roxie.
You’ve probably met me in-person at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market or virtually over one of my email updates. I have a B.S. in Ag Business from Colorado State University and love to chat with our customers about our herd, beef quality, and more. I can also be found selling jerky to over 15 breweries from Fort Collins to Longmont!
