“What we love about Elevation Beef is its a locally raised product first and foremost. You know, they use wagyu beef which is a very marbled product, a very high-end product but still very accessible. So you get that really nice high-end raw product for your home cooking, at a nice accessible price point. You know what you’re going to get. “The quality is just amazing. You can’t beat it. It’s just the flavor that you get from it… a couple of the steaks you can cut with a fork!
