Beef Box Club Winter (Subscription)
Each quarter receive approximately 15 pounds of Wagyu, dry-aged beef. To receive the annual subscription price, you will receive an email with a link to pay at least seven days prior to delivery.
We are happy to delivery your box or you can pick it up from us a farmers market in Fort Collins. Boxes are ready towards the end of the month and you will receive an email from us a week in advance with the details.
Available December to February:
- 2 Ribeye Steaks or 1 Tomahawk Ribeye
- 2 Tenderloin Filet Steaks
- 2 Speciality Cuts: Bavette, Flat Iron or Tri-Tip Steaks
- 2-3 lb Short Ribs
- 1lb Sirloin Beef Stir Fry Strips
- Ground Beef
