  • 12 (12-14 oz) New York Strip Steaks
  • 7 (1-1.25 lb) Sirloin Packages (Kabobs)
  • 4 (1.5 lb) Short Rib Packages (Korean)
  • 3 (2-3 lb) Chuck Roasts
  • 7 (1-2 lb) Ranch Steaks
  • 4 Specialty Items (Flank, Skirt, Brisket, Tri-Tip) 
  • 6 (1.5-2.5 lb) Soup Bones/Shanks
  • 100 (1 lb) Ground Beef Packages

*Please indicate in the comment box if you would like organ meats and any customization to the thickness of your steak cuts (1" standard with exception of tenderloin, 1 1/4").
